Customer Service

Though we do our best to ensure that our website is up-to-date, we do occasionally sell out of certain products. We will notify you via email if an item you have ordered is out of stock or on back order. Your credit card will only be charged for items that are shipped to you.

ordering by phone

Our friendly sales associates can help you find the perfect accessories over the phone at 773.486.3800. In addition, we carry some items in our store that are not featured online, so we may be able to suggest alternatives to items on our website.

returns & exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchases. Therefore, we accept returns for items that are non-sale, non-damaged, and unused for full refund to your credit card, excluding any shipping charges.

Because we can only refund the credit card used to make the original purchase, customers returning items received as gifts will be issued a shopshebang.com gift certificate for the merchandise total.

All returns must be postmarked within 21 days of your purchase. Returns postmarked after this time will not be honored. All sale items are final sale.

shebang is not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item such as polishing or cleaning. Because we are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during the return shipping process, we recommend insuring all returns.

shopshebang.com accepts payments via Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Processing of orders placed on weekdays before 1 pm CST will be shipped on the same day, after credit card verification. Any orders placed after 1 pm CST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

sales tax

Sales tax of 9% will be charged for orders shipped within Illinois.
